Wedding Solution I is our basic package designed to assist the couple who has already contracted with various vendors, and simply needs assistance on the day of the wedding. Services include:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your vision, gather ideas and consider suggestions for how you can maximize the resources you have
  • Establish priorities, and timeline development and implementation
  • Visits to ceremony and reception sites
  • On-site coordination for rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Seating arrangements management
  • Timeline development and implementation
  • Vendor management and supervision during wedding day
  • Ceremony and reception set-up supervision
  • Unlimited correspondence and advice via e-mail or phone

Wedding Solution II

Wedding Solution II is designed for the couple who would like to plan their own wedding with additional guidance.

  • Initial consultation to discuss your vision, design concepts, budget & contract review, and etiquette
  • Establish priorities, budget and timeline development and implementation
  • Provide vendor list and arrange vendor appointments
  • Assistance with hotel accommodations for out of town guests
  • Research ceremony and reception site
  • Arrange site tours, providing on-site coordination for rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • On-site coordination for rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Timeline development and implementation
  • Seating arrangements management
  • Vendor management and supervision on wedding day
  • Ceremony and reception set-up supervision

Wedding Solution III

Wedding Solution III is our full service package for the couple who wishes to be free of all planning responsibilities. Our Event Specialist will do all the initial research on industry vendors suited to your style and present multiple design ideas from wedding invitations to ceremony and reception set-ups.

Includes all services listed for packages I and II plus:

  • Invitations, stationary and theme design
  • Flowers, favors and gifts selection
  • Bridal and Groom Shower Coordination
